Michael Fabiano is an intellectual property attorney representing clients in patent prosecution, patent litigation, intellectual property licensing, and trademark, copyright, and trade secret protection and litigation. He has been practicing law since 1994, and he founded Fabiano Law Firm, P.C. in 2011.
Mr. Fabiano is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. Court of Appeals, Federal Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, and all state and federal courts in California.
In 1993-1994, Mr. Fabiano served as law clerk to U.S. District Judge Linda H. McLaughlin, Central District of California.
Mr. Fabiano received his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1993. Mr. Fabiano worked as a research chemist prior to attending law school, and he is a co-inventor of a patented process for the recovery of a precious metal (U.S. Patent No. 5,654,458).
